Welcome to Neck Tracker
This tool helps measure and train your neck movements using your webcam. Check Angle pages show your live movement angles, while Exercise pages guide you through reps with real-time tracking and feedback.
How to Use
1. Check Angle
- Open any check file (like left.html).
- Give camera permission when prompted.
- Keep your face centered and visible.
- The app shows live head angles for testing.
2. Exercise Mode
- Open an exercise page (like lefte.html).
- Camera starts automatically once detected.
- Click Start, keep face still during baseline.
- Follow the countdown and perform the movement.
- Each successful rep is beeped, graded, and logged.
Directions (Layman)
Simple Steps:
- Sit or stand facing your laptop or phone camera.
- Allow camera permission when asked.

- Keep your face in the yellow circle — this is your center point.
- When countdown finishes, move your head in the shown direction (left/right/up/down/tilt).
- Wait for a beep — that means one repetition is recorded.
- Return your head to the center after each move.
- At the end, see your score and download your results.
- Good lighting helps tracking accuracy.
- Keep your face clearly visible (remove cap/glasses if reflective).
